President Ram Chandra Poudel appoints new ambassadors to five countries
Kathmandu: President Ram Chandra Poudel has appointed new ambassadors to five countries, based on the recommendation of the Nepal government and the Council of Ministers.
The appointments were made in accordance with Article 282, (1) of the Constitution of Nepal.
Prakash Mani Poudel has been appointed as Ambassador to the Portuguese Republic.
Similarly, Sanil Nepal will serve as Ambassador to the Kingdom of Spain.
Kapil Man Shrestha has been appointed as Ambassador to the Republic of South Africa.
Likewise, Sewa Lamsal will represent Nepal as Ambassador to the Kingdom of Belgium, and Dr. Shivamaya Tumbahangphe has been appointed as Ambassador to the Republic of Korea.
The appointments are aimed at strengthening Nepal’s diplomatic relations with these countries.
