Use of ‘DJ” sound system prohibited in Morang

Biratnagar: The District Administration Office, Morang, has prohibited the use of DJ sound systems during festivals and at restaurants and clubs.

Issuing a press release today, Assistant Chief District Officer of Morang, Pawan Raj Koirala, said the use of DJ sound systems has been banned at festivals, wedding ceremonies, fairs, reception parties and religious programmes in the district until further notice.

The administration has warned of legal actions against anyone using DJ sound systems in violation of the notice.
