NTB organizes tourism promotion event in Hong Kong
Kathmandu: Nepal Tourism Board (NTB) has promoted Nepal’s tourism potential in Hong Kong to boost tourism to Nepal. It participated in the International Travel Expo (ITE) held there to publicise and promote Nepal’s tourism opportunities to the international market.

NTB, along with eight major tourism companies, participated in the exhibition at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre from June 11 to today, according to NTB.
The Nepal Tourism Board said the Nepal Pavilion set up for the exhibition promoted Nepal’s tourist destinations and products among representatives of Hong Kong and international tourism industry bodies.
Nepal’s adventure tourism, cultural heritage, nature-based tourism, religious and pilgrimage tourism, luxury tourism, and wellness tourism opportunities were showcased throughout the exhibition.
Tourism entrepreneurs from Nepal actively met with international tourism professionals, potential partners, and consumers, presenting international market-oriented attractions, tour packages, and customised travel plans.
The event showcased Nepal’s diverse cultural heritage to foreign visitors through traditional Nepali dance and musical performances.
NTB has expressed its commitment to expanding Nepal’s presence in major international markets in the coming days and establishing Nepal as the world’s top tourism destination.
The Nepal Tourism Board stated that the programme saw participation from Nepal Tourism Board as well as Nepal Big Mountain Travel Company, Pearl Holidays, The Trek Nepal, Explore Himalaya Travel and Adventure, Dragon Holidays, High Peak Adventure, Scenic Adventure Treks and Expedition, and Himalaya Summit Club.
