SEE Scheduled from April 2 to 12
Bhaktapur, Jan 21— The National Examination Board (NEB) has announced that this year’s Secondary Education Examination (SEE) will be conducted nationwide from April 2 to April 12, 2026.
Issuing the examination routine on Wednesday, the Board stated that the SEE will begin with compulsory English on April 2, followed by compulsory Nepali on April 3. Compulsory Mathematics is scheduled for April 5, Science on April 6 and Social Studies on April 7. Optional first papers will be held on April 8 and optional second papers on April 9.
According to Class 10 Examination Controller Tuk Raj Adhikari, examinations for technical subjects under both the old and new curricula will take place on April 10, 11 and 12.
He noted that this year’s SEE has been delayed by around 12 days compared to previous years due to the upcoming election to the House of Representatives slated for March 5.
The Board said a total of 517,000 students have been registered to appear in this year’s SEE.
