Voting ongoing for new leadership of UML

December 17, Kathmandu: Voting is underway at Bhrikutimandap to elect the new leadership of the CPN-UML.
According to UML leader Rajendra Gautam, 350 delegates had cast their votes by 11:30 am. The voting process began at 9:00 am and is expected to continue for eight hours, the party’s Election Commission said.
The UML stated that results will be announced within two hours after voting concludes, and the party’s general convention will be formally wrapped up later today.
