PM Oli begins two-day visit to Jhapa and Ilam

Jhapa: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has arrived in his home district Jhapa today for a two-day visit to attend various programs in Jhapa and Ilam.

He was welcomed at Chandragadhi Airport at 11 AM by UML Koshi Province In-charge Sherdhan Rai, Chief Minister Hikmat Kumar Karki, and provincial party chairman Ghanashyam Khatiwada, among others.

According to UML District Chair Prem Giri, PM Oli is scheduled to inaugurate the Bhagiratha Neupane Buddhashanti Hospital in Buddhashanti Rural Municipality-3 today.

He will also distribute land ownership certificates to landless Dalits, squatters, and unorganized settlers in Kankai Municipality, Jhapa, and Mai Municipality, Ilam.

On Ashad 10, PM Oli will inaugurate the Madan Dangi–Tarabari–Depot road section in Damak and address a party cadre gathering in Birtamod before returning to Kathmandu.
