Dhangadhi records highest temperature of this year

Sudurpaschim: The districts of Kailali and Kanchanpur in the Sudurpaschim Province have recorded high temperatures in recent days, affecting normal life.

The heat wave that occurred in the two districts has affected life for the past couple of days.

The Kailali Attariya-based Mahakali River Basin Field Office of the Department of Hydrology and Meteorology said that the weather is hot as the pre-monsoon is running.

On Tuesday, the Dhangadhi city recorded the highest temperature of this year with 40.8 degrees Celsius, Meteorologist Sanjay Shah said.

The maximum temperature of the city was 39 degrees Celsius on Monday.

The days of monsoon season are still 45 days away.

Likewise, power supply is frequently disrupted in Dhangadhi.
