NC Leader Thapa focuses health and education

Palpa, Feb 19: General Secretary of the Nepali Congress Gagan Thapa has said the NC needs to focus on quality education, health and employment rather than Mission-84 for the coming three years.

Addressing the first democratic festival organized at Purbakhola in the district on Wednesday, leader Thapa mentioned, “Our mission is quality education, health, and employment.” He expressed commitment that the NC was working actively for these, as three years is not a short period for the party.

The NC and CPN UML have formed the government, and it would be easier to forward development in the country, Thapa reminded. Leader Thapa further said the NC would work to create an environment conducive to providing free health and education as well as employment. —RSS
