Nepal Day Parade marked in Austin, Texas

Texas (USA), Feb 17: The Nepal Day Parade was held in the Texas City of Austin of the United States of America on Sunday.

Different organizations of the Nepali diaspora organized the event for the publicity of Nepali arts and cultures. A large number of Nepalis from Dallas, Huston and several other cities had thronged Austin to attend the event.

The members of the Nepali community joined the parade in Nepali costumes along with the Nepali cultural processions. The Panche Baza was played on the occasion where Nepalis and other participants danced.

Mayor of Hutto City Mike Snyder and other representatives also joined the event. —RSS
