Five killed in taxi accident in Chitwan

March 30, Kathmandu: Five people died when a taxi en route to Gorkha from Kathmandu fell into the Trishuli River near Simaldhara of Prithvi Highway in Chitwan on Saturday.
Two men, two women, and a girl were killed in the accident.
The identities of the victims are unknown. The taxi, with license plate BA2J 4196, plunged into the river at 7:15 on Saturday morning.
The exact number of passengers is unclear. Police are awaiting further details on the accident.
