Aryal acting President and leader of parliamentary party of RSP

January 28, Kathmandu: Dol Prasad Aryal has been elected as the Acting President of Rastriya Swatantra Party.

The party’s central committee meeting held on Friday night elected party vice President Dol Prasad Aryal as the acting President until further arrangements are made according to the party’s statute, said Party General Secretary and Spokesperson Dr Mukul Dhakal.

Aryal was entrusted with the responsibility of leading the party after the decision of the Supreme Court on Friday regarding the citizenship of the party’s founding President Rabi Lamichhane.
