HoR meeting: Four Bills sent to committees for clause-wise discussion

Kathmandu: The meeting of the House of Representatives (HoR) unanimously endorsed the proposals on sending four Bills to the related committees for clause-wise discussion.

Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs, Sobita Gautam, presented the proposal, seeking the meeting’s approval to send the ‘Mediation (second amendment) Bill, 2083’ to related parliamentary committee for point-wise deliberation.

For the similar purpose, the Minister presented two other Bills- ‘Nepal Law Commission (first amendment) Bill, 2083’ and ‘Free Legal Aid Bill, 2083’.

Minister for Agriculture, Forest and Environment, Gita Chaudhary, tabled a proposal to send the ‘Infectious Livestock Disease (Control) Bill, 2083’, to the related committee for in-depth debate.
