Hong Kong beat Nepal by 15 runs
Kathmandu: Nepal lost to Hong Kong by 15 runs in its group-wise final match under ACC Premier Cup underway in Malaysia.

In today’s match, chasing the 262-run victory target posted by Hong Kong, Nepal was confined to 246 runs in 49.1 overs at the loss of all wickets.
For Nepal, Ishan Pandey gathered the highest 90 runs in 106 balls. Similarly, Asif Sheikh, Dipendra Singh Airee, Karan KC and Gushan Jha contributed 44 runs, 25 runs, 21 runs and 20 runs respectively.
Towards bowling, Aziz Khan of Hong Kong took four wickets while Yasim Murtaza, Kinchit Shah, Nasrulla Rana and Ateeq Iqbal took one wicket each.
Earlier, put to bat first after winning the toss, Hong Kong gathered 261 runs in 50 overs for the loss of seven wickets. Babar Hayat scored 117 runs in 127 balls while Ahsan Abbasi posted 35 runs (not out) and Shahid Wasif 45 runs.
For Nepal, Captain Sandeep Lamichhane took four wickets and Sher Malla three. With this victory, Hong Kong entered the semi-final.
