Newly appointed CM Bhatta takes oath of office and secrecy

Kailali, Aug 14: Newly appointed Chief Minister of Sudurpashchim Province, Khaga Raj Bhatta, has taken the oath of office and secrecy today.

CM Bhatta was administered the oath of office and secrecy by Province Chief Najir Miya in a special ceremony held at the province office.

Bhatta, a Province Assembly member of the Nepali Communist Party, is supported by CPN UML in the province.

The swearing-in of CM Bhatta has forwarded the process to form and expand the Cabinet.
