Communist party unification on July 18

Kathmandu: The CPN (Unified Socialist) and the National Campaign for Unification of the Communist Party of Nepal, led by Bamdev Gautam, have agreed to unification.

The agreement in this regard was signed by Unified Socialist Chairman Madhav Kumar Nepal and campaign coordinator Gautam on Friday.

After the signing ceremony, both leaders shared that they were ready to unite the parties, considering the historical necessity of taking forward the communist movement in Nepal.

According to them, the party unification would be announced officially in a special programme in Kathmandu on July 18.
