Foreign Minister Dr Rana to attend 44th FAO conference in Rome

June 26, Kathmandu: Foreign Affairs Minister Arzu Rana Deuba will depart for Italy on Friday to participate in the 44th Session of the FAO Conference, scheduled to take place in Rome, Italy, from June 28 to July 4. She is set to address the main session and other high-level events during the conference.

Leading a delegation, Minister Dr Rana will be accompanied by Bharat Kumar Regmi, Ambassador to Austria and Permanent Representative to the FAO, as well as officials from the Ministries of Foreign Affairs and Agriculture and Livestock Development.

Following the conference, the Foreign Minister will engage in programmes organised by the Investment Board of Nepal in Milan, Italy, and Hamburg and Berlin, Germany. She is expected to return to Kathmandu on July 13.
