Maoist Centre Chairman calls for ending factionalism in party
Biratnagar, April 20: CPN (Maoist Centre) Chairman and former Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ has said that the party leaders and cadres should remain united to end groupism in the party.
Inaugurating the second conference of the CPN (Maoist Centre) Biratnagar Metropolitan City Committee on Sunday, Prachanda argued that his party candidates gained victory in the recent by-elections and the Free Students Union (FSU) as the party remained firm and united.
Likewise, Dahal said that the anti-corruption campaign initiated by his government during his 18-month tenure has raised rays of hope among the people for the cause of good governance, social justice and prosperity.
Party leaders Haribol Gajurel, Amanlal Modi, Shiva Kumar Mandal, Harka Nembang and others addressed the event.
