Development gains pace with government in full shape: PM Dahal

April1,Kathmandu: Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ has said the government will address all problems facing the country and people.

Addressing a program organized by Reporters’ Club on Friday, PM Dahal said the government had got full shape which would help intensify development works.

He reminded that he had directed all subordinates to lessen economic stress and minimize hassles to the people.

PM Dahal added that frequent meetings were held with officials of Finance Ministry and Nepal Rastra Bank Governor on resolving problems in economic sector.

PM Dahal lauded the role of Nepali journalism, saying that it had contributed to political changes in the country.

Also speaking on the occasion, Speaker of the House of Representatives, Devraj Ghimire said he would take initiative to formulate laws friendly to journalists’ rights. Media has a tremendous role in a nation, he said, showing commitment to freedom of expression.
