Passport Department to remain open on Sept 7 and 8

Kathmandu: The Passport Department has announced that it would run the office as usual on September 7 and 8.

Issuing a public notice today, the Department said the passport-related services will continue without interruption on these days.

The service seekers planning to visit the office can ensure they complete necessary procedures and turn up at scheduled hours, the Department reminded.

The passport authority issued the notice in the wake of the national mourning day and the Gen Z martyrs day announced by the government on these dates.
