Road connectivity revitalized in Rasuwa
Bhaktapur: The road network in Rasuwa, which was blocked following the flash flood in the Bhotekoshi River on Wednesday morning, is now back in operation.
According to the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Authority, the road section from Kathmandu–Tokha–Chahre–Gadkharpul–Apra–Narja–Lachyang–Sarmathali–Patikhark to Bogtitaar–Kalikasthan–Dhunche has been reopened for four-wheeler light vehicles.
With the road section reopened, Rasuwa has once again been connected to the road network, the Authority said.
After the road connection is restored, it is expected to be easier to deliver relief, rescue, and essential supplies to the flood-affected areas. RSS
