Rapid response team formed to ease LP gas supply

Kathmandu: The Nepal Oil Corporation has formed a rapid response team to resolve problems surfaced in the distribution of LPG (cooking gas).

The team comprising representatives of the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Supplies, Nepal Oil Corporation, the Department of Industry and gas industries has been formed to ease the supply of cooking gas for consumers.

NOC Spokesperson Manoj Thakur told RSS that the team has started its work from today itself. Saying there is regular supply of cooking gas, the NOC acknowledged that a problem has surfaced in the supply of LP gas in different places of the country, including Kathmandu Valley.
