Home Minister Gurung directs for timely completion of integrated customs building

Rasuwa: Home Minister Sudhan Gurung has directed the officials concerned to speed up the construction work of the integrated customs building office in Rasuwagadhi, which has been under construction for eight years.

Minister Gurung, who arrived for an inspection visit, asked the officials to expedite the construction works by increasing the number of construction workers.

Likewise, Minister Gurung warned of action against the technicians and monitoring staff, as well as the contractor, for dillydallying in the project completion.

Similarly, the Home Minister directed the customs officials and security personnel to ensure a robust security situation in the border area and provide effective and prompt public service.

Police Inspector of Area Police Office, Timure, Bikram Kunwar, said that the morale of the police personnel increased after the Home Minister visited the site.
