31 passengers injured in Tanahu bus accident

Damauli (Tanahu): 31 passengers were injured in a bus accident at Shera, Shuklagandaki Municipality-7, along the Prithvi Highway, on Friday afternoon.

Deputy Superintendent of Police at District Police Office, Shravan Kumar BK, informed that a passenger bus (Ga 2 Kha 1836) en route to Bhairahawa from Pokhara met with an accident after it careened to the roadside.

Chief District Officer in Tanahu, Dipak Regmi, said all injured passengers were taken to GP Koirala Respiratory Treatment Centre at Belchautari for treatment. Further details are awaited.
