All-Party meeting called ahead of Federal Parliament session

March 31, Kathmandu: The Federal Parliament Secretariat has called an all-party meeting to prepare for the upcoming parliamentary session.

According to Secretariat spokesperson Ekram Giri, all parties represented in Parliament have been invited to attend the meeting scheduled for Wednesday at 1:00 PM.

President Ram Chandra Paudel has summoned a session of both houses of the Federal Parliament for 2:00 PM on Thursday, in accordance with the recommendation of the Council of Ministers .

The meeting will initiate the process for the election of the Speaker and Deputy Speaker. Six nationally recognized political parties are represented in the House of Representatives.
