Nepali-founded Nasdaq-listed Fusemachines Inc. partners with Talent Connects on AI hiring tool

March 19, Kathmandu: Nepali-founded, Nasdaq-listed Fusemachines Inc. has announced plans to integrate its AI-powered Interview Agent into Talent Connects, a recruiting platform serving more than 300 businesses globally.

The integration will enable recruiters and hiring managers to access AI-driven interview assistance directly within their workflows. The Interview Agent can suggest relevant questions, evaluate candidate responses, and provide real-time scoring, helping make hiring more structured and efficient.

According to the companies, the move is aimed at improving hiring decisions and streamlining recruitment through AI-powered insights. It also reflects a broader trend of embedding artificial intelligence into human resource operations.

While the rollout targets a global customer base, and we will have to see when and if it comes to Nepal, the collaboration underscores the growing presence of Nepal-linked companies in the evolving global HR technology space.
