Saudi Arabia extends condolences to Nepal over Dhading bus accident

February 25, Kathmandu: The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has extended heartfelt condolences to Nepal over the recent bus accident in Dhading district, expressing solidarity with the government and people of Nepal.

In a message of sympathy, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud conveyed his condolences to President Ramchandra Paudel, offering prayers for the victims and strength for the bereaved families.

19 people were killed in the accident, and more than two dozen were injured.

Similarly, Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman Al Saud sent a separate message expressing sorrow over the loss of lives and wishing a swift recovery to those injured.

According to the statement, the Saudi leadership reaffirmed its support for Nepal during this difficult time, highlighting the longstanding friendly relations between the two countries.

The messages come as international leaders continue to convey condolences following the incident, reflecting global solidarity with Nepal.
