NELTA international conference set to begin Friday
Kathmandu: The 30th NELTA International Conference is scheduled to take place on January 30 and 31 under the auspices of the Nepal English Language Teachers’ Association (NELTA).

In a press conference held today, NELTA announced that the conference will be held at Galaxy Public School premises in Kathmandu.
NELTA President Prof. Dr. Laxman Gyawali shared that the event will feature discussions on the significance of English education at both national and international levels.
Gyawali emphasized that the conference, themed ‘English Language Teaching for Future Generations: Education for Humanity, Earth, and Peace,’ is expected to attract 800 English language teachers.
The two-day event will encompass group discussions and province-level dialogues focused on English language education.
Organizers shared that participants will include representatives from various countries such as Nepal, India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Malaysia, China, Singapore, Mongolia, the United States, the United Kingdom, Japan, and Hong Kong.
