Two Killed, Three Injured in Jeep Accident in Sankhuwasabha

Kimathanka (Sankhuwasabha), Jan 25: Two people lost their lives and three others sustained injuries after a jeep met with an accident at Nundhaki in Chainpur Municipality–1, Sankhuwasabha, on Sunday.

The identities of the deceased have yet to be ascertained, according to the District Police Office, Sankhuwasabha. The jeep (Pra 1-001 Cha 8247) was heading from Chainpur to Bihibare when the accident occurred, said Deputy Superintendent of Police Kumar Prasad Mainali.

Security personnel rushed to the scene soon after receiving information about the incident. The injured were rescued and taken to the Primary Health Centre in Chainpur, where they are currently undergoing treatment.
