Grievance handling Center at MoFAGA

Damauli (Tanahun), Aug 24: Minister for Federal Affairs and General Administration Bhagwati Neupane has pledged to fulfil her responsibilities with honesty.

At a reception organised by her party, the CPN (UML) in Dulegauda this morning, she expressed her commitment to honestly fulfil the responsibility received under special circumstances. She said the Ministry of Federal Affairs and General Administration (MoFAGA) work is not only about transferring and promoting employees but also about strengthening the federal system as a whole.

A Grievance Handling Centre has been established in the ministry to hear the complaints of employees as well as service recipients, and complaints have started being heard from the Centre, she added.

At the program, Deputy Secretary of the CPN (UML) District Committee Khim Bahadur Kumal, Chair of the Shuklagandaki Municipal Committee Raghunath Poudel and other leaders extended their best wishes for the success of the newly appointed Minister Neupane.
