NA meeting taking place today
Kathmandu, July 11: The meeting of the National Assembly (NA) is taking place at 12:15 pm today at the Federal Parliament building in Naya Baneshwor.
In today’s meeting, discussions are scheduled to take place on a proposal of public importance registered by lawmakers Sumitra BC, Urmila Aryal, Kamala Pant and others seeking special provisions for a safe, quality and dignified life of senior citizens. Likewise, Minister for Energy, Water Resources and Irrigation Deepak Khadka would table the Water Resources Bill, 2081, along with the messages from the House of Representatives (HoR) seeking consideration from the NA.
Similarly, Home Minister Ramesh Lekhak is expected to table the Nepal Citizenship (Second Amendment) Bill, 2081, along with the messages from the HoR seeking consideration from the NA.
