DPM Singh calls for utilising educational opportunities

Patan (Lalitpur), Feb 12: Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Urban Development, Prakash Man Singh, emphasized the importance of effectively utilizing opportunities in the education sector.

While addressing a cultural program organized by the Nepal Students’ Union, Patan Multiple Campus Unit, the Minister stated that educational institutions in the country are offering quality services, and students should take advantage of these opportunities.

“Although the quality of education in the country is often questioned, there are numerous opportunities for advanced studies and research, enhanced by the use of technology. Students are expected to make the most of these opportunities,” the Minister emphasized.

The campus library, which was damaged by the 2015 earthquake, has been reconstructed under the initiative of the Unit. Students contributed to the fundraising efforts for the library’s restoration, and the restored library was handed over to the campus administration today.
