Property worth Rs 6.5 million perish in fire

Kathmandu: Property worth around Rs 6.5 million perished in a fire that occurred at Thamel this afternoon.

According to the Police Headquarters, the fire broke out due to a short circuit in the house of Bhabishwor Sharma located at Kathmandu Metropolitan City-26.

The blaze was doused with the help of security persons, locals and fire engines.
