President Paudel issues four different ordinances

Kathmandu: President Ramchandra Paudel has issued four different ordinances as recommended by the Council of Ministers.

By Article 114 (1) of the Nepal Constitution, President Paudel on Monday issued an Ordinance outlined to amend some Nepal Acts relating to promoting Good Governance and Public Service Delivery 2081.

The Office of the President informed. Ordinance relating to Economic Procedure and Fiscal Responsibility (First Amendment), 2081, Ordinance relating to Privatization (First Amendment), 2081 and Ordinance designed to amend some Nepal Acts relating to Improving Economic and Business Environment and Enhancing Investment, 2081 are the other three ordinances.
