Charge-sheet filed against RSP President Rabi Lamichhane

Gandaki, Dec 22: A charge sheet has been filed against Rabi Lamichhane, the President of Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP), at the Kaski District Court.

RSP President Lamichhane is presently in police custody in Kaski for his alleged involvement in the misappropriation of cooperative funds.

District Court’s information officer, Suraj Adhikari, said other accused in the misappropriation of cooperatives funds faced the charge sheet along with Lamichhane.

“Now the verification of the documents is going on and they will be registered today itself.”

RSP President Lamichhane is being investigated for accusations of misuse of cooperative funds in other districts as well.
