UML leader wins in Gaurishankar rural municipality
Kathmandu, Dec 3: CPN UML candidate Uma Lungelimagar Sherpa has been elected vice chair of Gaurishankar rural municipality in Dolakha district.
She secured 2,805 votes while her nearest contender Nim Leki Sherpa of CPN (Maoist Centre) collected 2,600 votes. Similarly, NC’s Padsiki Tamang was able to collect 1727, RPP’s Man Kumari Shrestha 128, RSP’s Goma Shrestha 100, and CPM (Maoist Centre) Rabina Khadka 90. —RSS
