Holi being celebrated in Terai districts

March 7, Kathmandu: Holi, the festival of colors is being observed in Tarai districts on Tuesday. The Holi festival was observed in the hilly districts on Monday.

Holi festival is regarded as the symbol of victory of good over evil.

The government has declared public holiday in Terai districts on Tuesday on the occasion of Holi Festival.
