Ambassadors submit letters of credence

Kathmandu: Ambassadors from five countries to Nepal submitted letters of credence before President Ramchandra Paudel amidst a special ceremony on Wednesday.

They submitted the credentials in the ceremony held at President’s Office, Shitalniwas.

Those to submit the letters of credence are- ambassador of the European Union to Nepal, Charles Whiteley; ambassador of Indonesia to Nepal, Listyowati; ambassador of Ghana to Nepal, Kojo Bonsu; ambassador of Sudan to Nepal, Dr Mohammed Badalla Ali Eltom; and ambassador of Brunei Darussalam, Siti Arnyfariza Binti Haji Mohd Jaini.

The ambassador of the EU to Nepal is a residential one, while others are non-residential. The ceremony was attended by the high level government officials.
