Six people dead in recent incidents of disaster

Kathmandu: Six people have lost their lives to recent disasters, including floods and landslides triggered by rains in various parts of the country.

Two casualties have been reported from Bagmati and Lumbini provinces, and one each from Gandaki and Karnali provinces, according to Central Police Spokesperson Abi Narayan Kafle.

Similarly, two have been injured in the incidents of flood and landslide since September 24 and are being treated in local hospitals, while the police have rescued 407.
