Man killed as landslide buries house in Baglung

Baglung: A person has died in a landslide incident triggered by incessant rainfall since Thursday at local Tarakhola.

Last night, 59-year-old Man Bahadur Roka from Dhasmar, Tarakhola Rural Municipality-5, died after being buried by a landslide that fell on his house, informed Superintendent of Police Phanindra Prasai, the Chief of the District Police Office, Baglung.

Superintendent of Police Prasai said that the landslide partially buried the house and the room where Roka had been sleeping.
