Complaints about local levels to be addressed thru Chief Secretary

Kathmandu: People’s complaints about local levels received at ‘Hello Sarkar’, the toll-free grievance handling mechanism, would be addressed through the Chief Secretary of the government.

An arrangement has been made to effectively address such complaints through the Chief Secretary, reads a press release issued by the Spokesperson at the Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers, Hem Raj Aryal.

The Chief Secretary of the government shall address the complaints received at ‘Hello Sarkar’ about dillydallying in public service delivery, irregularities in construction activities and contracts, as well as corruption and anomalies taking place in the local levels.
