Rimal’s ‘Lava’ in market

Kathmandu: A collection of poems titled ‘Lava’ penned by litterateur and journalist Shyam Rimal has been published. ‘Lava’ is a collection of poems focusing on the Gen Z movement that occurred on September 8 and 9 in Nepal.

The poems are dedicated to the dreamy, adventurous and creative new generation around the world. There are 24 poems in the compilation.

The poems—’Aago’ ‘Kharani’, ‘Gen Z Jutta’, ‘Muskan Khautan’, ‘September 8’ and ‘Bhadra 23’ incorporated in the collection have indicated hopes and aspirations of the new generation, anomalies, corruption, sentiments of Gen Z martyrs, old political parties and traditional thinking of their leaders.

A collection of songs ‘Euta Kandha Bijhda’, a poem collection ‘Trishuli ko Kinarabata’, ‘Nadi Bagdaina’, a collection of poems, ‘Chamero’, a corona poem, are other creations of litterateur Rimal.
