Army Chief Calls for Life Skill Education to Build Responsible Citizens

Bhaktapur, Dec 30: Chief of Army Staff (COAS) Ashokraj Sigdel has emphasized the importance of life skill education in schools to cultivate responsible human resources for society and the nation.

Speaking at the 48th anniversary of Sainik Awasiya Mahavidyalaya in Sallaghari, Bhaktapur, on Monday, COAS Sigdel stressed that equipping students with life skills is crucial for their future and for nurturing citizens who can contribute honestly and responsibly to national development.

On the occasion, he honored the school’s teachers and officials for their exemplary performance and presented the Jasmine Memorial Prize and Gehendra Shumsher Thapa Memorial Prize to the best-performing students.
