Vice President insists on further collaboration for implementation of Constitution
Kathmandu, Sept 29:Vice President Ram Sahaya Prasad Yadav has emphasized the need for patience, dialogue, and collaboration, along with a stronger commitment to upholding, protecting, and implementing the Constitution.
Extending his best wishes today on the occasion of the Bijaya Dashami festival, the Vice President expressed hope that the festival would inspire everyone to strengthen the people’s aspirations for constitutional rights, civic freedoms, and inclusive representation.
“I hope Bijaya Dashami inspires all of us to stand against untruth, injustice, and growing polarization in society. May this festival encourage self-purification, social responsibility, and national unity. Let it guide us on the path of truth, good conduct, humanity, and tolerance,” he said in his message.
Nepal is rich in culture, religious diversity, history, customs, and traditions, he stated. He described festivals as important means of promoting unity, social harmony, spiritual awareness, and cultural identity. He added that such celebrations help strengthen traditional values, lifestyles, and social bonds, and ultimately contribute to national unity and recognition.
