Senior Advocate Nepal appointed member of Judicial Council

Kathmandu, July 7: President Ramchandra Paudel has, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, appointed Senior Advocate Mahesh Kumar Nepal as a member of the Judicial Council.

A resident of Bhojpur in Bhojpur Municipality-8, Nepal, was appointed as a member of the Council today under Clause (d) 1 of Article 153 of the Constitution, according to a statement issued by Spokesperson of the Office of the President, Shailaja Regmi Bhattarai.
