Price of gold hits Rs 160 thousand per tola

Kathmandu, Jan 22: The price of gold has reached Rs 160 thousand per tola (11.66 grammes) in the domestic market today.

The price of gold has increased by Rs 1,900 per tola today as compared to Tuesday.

The Federation of Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association has fixed the price of gold at Rs 160,000 per tola today. It was traded at Rs 158,100 per tola on Tuesday.

Similarly, the price of silver has increased by Rs 20 per tola today. It is being traded at Rs 1,895 per tola against Rs 1,875 on Tuesday.

The price of gold is 2,752.49 US dollars per ounce in the international market today.
