Govt is not our priority: Prachanda

Chitwan: CPN (Maoist Centre) Chairperson and former Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ has clarified that his parties did not prioritize forming a government at present.

Talking to journalists briefly in Chitwan today, Chairperson Dahal asserted that the expanding relationship with the public was the party’s top priority at the moment.

‘Our current priority is not forming a government. I have mentioned it several times. Our top priority is to strengthen our party organization and expand relations with the public, not forming a government,’ said Chairperson Dahal.

Furthermore, he made it clear that his party was not into toppling the government.

According to him, his party also wished that this government last till the next parliamentary election. Our party is working towards further strengthening its organization at present, he reiterated.
