Balaguru Shadananda’s statue unveiled

December 18, Kathmandu: A statue of educational precursor, Balaguru Shadananda, has been unveiled at Dingla, Bhojpur.

The statue was unveiled amidst a programme organized on the occasion of his 189th birth anniversary on Monday.

Shadananda municipality’s mayor Surendra Kumar Udas unveiled the bust. Udas observed that Balaguru Shadananda had played a significant role in educational promotion in eastern Nepal. He also brought religious and social reforms, Udas reminded. RSS
