President issues ordinance relating to disaster

Kathmandu, Oct 9: President Ramchandra Paudel on Friday issued an ordinance relating to the amendment of Some of Nepal Acts on Disaster, 2083 BS.

Upon the recommendation of the Council of Ministers, the Head of State issued the ordinance in accordance with Article 114 (1) of Nepal’s Constitution.

It was shared in a statement signed by the spokesperson at the Office of the President, Krishna Bahadur Shahi. RSS
