20th Asian Games: Four Nepali judo players eliminated from first round

Kathmandu: Four Nepali Judo players have been defeated in today’s match held under the 20th Asian Games taking place in Japan.

With this, Devaki Maya Shrestha, Nisha Shrestha, Bishesh BK and Bikas BK were eliminated from the first-round. Towards Women’s 52-kg category, Devaki Maya was eliminated by a player of Vietnam while a player of Hong Kong defeated Nepali player Nisha towards Women’s 48-kg category.

Similarly, a player of Hong Kong defeated Nepal’s Bishesh towards Men’s 66-kg category while Bikas lost to a player of Uzbekistan towards Men’s 60-kg category.
