Pakistan delivers 100 tonnes of relief supplies to Nepal for flood survivors

KATHMANDU, Sept 7: Pakistan has delivered 100 tonnes of emergency relief assistance to Nepal to aid recovery operations following devastating flash floods and landslides across the country.

The consignment—comprising tents, blankets, floor mats, hygiene kits, and essential medicines—arrived in Kathmandu aboard a dedicated air shipment.

Pakistani Ambassador to Nepal Aamir Khan formally handed over the relief cargo to Minister for Science, Technology and Innovation Mahabir Pun.

Speaking at the handover ceremony, Ambassador Khan reiterated Pakistan’s steadfast support and solidarity with the government and people of Nepal, extending condolences to families affected by the disaster.
